WW2 Weapons SFX Library – Part II
The Maschinenkanone MK108 Cockpit Sound is the sound of 30 mm caliber autocannon firing from Messerschmitt Bf109 cockpit. Rheinmetall-Borsig developed it in 1940 and produced for Luftwaffe fighter aircraft during World War II. It saw first operational service in late autumn 1943 with the Bf 110G-2 bomber destroyers and in the Bf 109G-6/U4.
The MK108 Cockpit Sound consists of the looped audio file 10 seconds long and the ending file, which should be played at the end of the shooting. The WW2 Weapons SFX Library library includes 28 audio files.
